Why can’t I connect to the cloud drive service?
If you cannot connect to your web storage account in Tiny Scanner, please follow the steps below;
Evernote:
Go to Settings of your device.
Tap Safari.
Make sure the Block All Cookies is turned off.
Go back to Tiny Scanner and link to Evernote.
Dropbox:
Install Dropbox app on your device.
Log in to the app using your account.
Go back to Tiny Scanner and link to Dropbox.
Why the email cannot be received or sent?
To share documents via email, Tiny Scanner attaches the document to an email and drops it in your mail outbox.
If the email is not able to be sent or received, it could be caused by one of the following reasons:
Your mailbox is not set properly.
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
Enter your email address and password.
Tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
Choose information from your email account, like Contacts or Calendars.
Tap Save.

For every mail server provider, there's a size limitation of the attachment. Check your mail providers website for more information.
Why can’t I choose photos from Camera Roll?
Tiny Scanner needs your permission for the access to your Photo Album.
Go to Settings of your device.
Tap Tiny Scanner.
Tap Photos.
Select Read and Write.
Go back to Tiny Scanner and try again.
Why my documents looks so wired after I confirm borders of the document?
Tiny Scanner intelligently process document pages for you in the way it looks great. However, it happens sometime under certain circumstances.
So in the next screen after you confirm borders of the document, available tools are listed beneath the document for you to adjust every part of the precess manually. By these tools, you can make it look your own way.
For example, Color Filter keeps the original colorful photos you took without processing and Greyscale Filter process pages into grey colored ones with different levels.
